1) Platform Role (Intermediary Only)
Yachtrentalanya.com (“Platform”) operates solely as a digital brokerage / intermediary service connecting customers with independent third-party yacht owners, yacht operators, and/or authorized service providers (“Providers”). The Platform does not own, operate, manage, crew, maintain, or control any yacht displayed on the Platform.
2) No Maritime Operations / No Operator Status
The Platform does not provide maritime transport, navigation, yacht management, crewing, maintenance, technical inspections, or any operational marine services. Any yacht charter service is performed exclusively by the Provider. The Platform is not a maritime operator and does not represent itself as such.
3) Contractual Relationship
Any charter booking, charter agreement, and related service obligations (including but not limited to route, duration, inclusions/exclusions, safety measures, insurance coverage, crew qualifications, and compliance with applicable maritime rules) are established directly between the customer and the Provider. The Platform is not a party to the charter contract and is not responsible for the Provider’s performance.
4) Information Accuracy
Yacht descriptions, photos, specifications, availability, prices, and service details are supplied by Providers or their representatives. While the Platform may take reasonable steps to display information clearly, it does not warrant that such information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free, and it may be subject to change without notice.
5) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

the performance or non-performance of any charter service,

the condition, seaworthiness, safety, or operation of any yacht,

acts, omissions, or negligence of any Provider, crew, or third party,

cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, or service disruptions,

weather conditions, sea conditions, force majeure events, or inherent maritime risks.
6) Payments & Commission
The Platform may earn revenue through commissions and/or brokerage fees associated with bookings arranged via the Platform. Such compensation does not imply ownership, operational control, or responsibility for the yacht charter services.
7) Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the booking details, charter terms, and Provider policies (including cancellation rules), and for ensuring that the charter selected meets their requirements. Customers should direct operational questions and service-specific requests to the Provider.
8) Acceptance
By using yachtrentalanya.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the Platform functions solely as a brokerage intermediary, and that all yacht charter services are provided by independent third parties.
